  • Uploaded photos: images you upload to generate dance videos.
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, collected via Google Analytics (e.g., pages visited, session duration, device type).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Account management: to create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and manage your credit balance.
  • Video generation: to process your uploaded photos and generate dance videos using our AI video generation provider (Kie.ai API).
  • Payment processing: to process credit pack purchases through Stripe.
  • Email notifications: to send transactional emails (e.g., video-ready notifications) via Resend.
  • Analytics: to understand usage patterns and improve the Service using Google Analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (photos and generated videos).
  • Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Kie.ai — AI video generation. Uploaded photos are sent to Kie.ai to produce dance videos.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Google Analytics — website analytics and usage tracking.

4. Data Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in Supabase Storage and are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual photos or videos at any time from your dashboard. If you delete your account, all associated data — including photos, videos, and personal information — will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Cookies

The Service uses the following cookies:

  • Authentication cookies: set by Supabase to maintain your login session. These are essential for the Service to function.
  • Analytics cookies: set by Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
