1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Dance Video at aidancevideo.co (the "Service"), operated by MarinaSoft PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI Dance Video is an AI-powered service that generates dance videos from user-uploaded photos. Users upload a photo, select a dance style, and our AI technology produces a video of the subject in the photo performing the selected dance. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each credit allows the generation of one video.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and each credit is consumed when a video is generated.
  • Credits are non-refundable. All credit pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits.
  • Credits do not expire. Purchased credits remain in your account until used.
  • Pricing for credit packs may change at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create deepfake videos of real individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate any person.
  • Generate sexually explicit or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: you retain full ownership of the photos you upload to the Service.
  • Generated videos: you are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use videos generated by the Service for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Our rights: by using the Service, you grant MarinaSoft PTE. LTD. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use anonymized or aggregated versions of generated content for marketing, promotional, and product improvement purposes.
  • The AI Dance Video name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of MarinaSoft PTE. LTD.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing:

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We are not responsible for failures or interruptions of third-party services (including but not limited to our AI video generation provider, payment processor, or hosting infrastructure).
  • We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or realism of generated videos.
  • In no event shall MarinaSoft PTE. LTD. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits in a terminated account will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
